Booking rules

If you stay 4 nights and more:

You need to pay the booking fee no more then 10 days after you have done the booking. The booking fee are 25 % of the total amount. The rest of the amount must be payed no more then 40 days before arrival.

If you cancel the booking 60 days before arrival we will pay back the whole amount except a fee 500 sek.
If you cancel the booking 40 days before arrival you will pay 25 % of the total amount
If you cancel the booking 25 days before arrival, you will pay 50 % of the total amount.
If you cancel 14 days or led before arrival you will need to pay 100 % of the amount.

If we are able to lease the house to another family, we will repay the amount that the new house guest will pay, except the booking fee (SEK 500)

make sure you get the cancellation confirmation.

House rules

Take good care of the house and follow the rules. The house guests are responsible for the house and furnishings and make sure they maintained in its present condition. You are responsible for damage caused to the property or its contents by you or someone in your party. You may not use the object to something other than what was agreed upon booking and you must not allow more people to stay overnight in the house.
Beddings must be used in the beds.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in all our houses. A clean-up fee of  SEK 3000  will be charged upon violation of the smoking ban.

Pets are not allowed in the houses.

Check in time is from 4.00 pm. Plaese let me know when you will arrive at least one day ahead. Checking out time is 11.00 am.
